Vision therapy
We took Claire to her first post-surgery vision therapy appointment. Dr. C is having us patch her 2 hours per day (which she is doing great w/ -- no pulling it off at all) and also working on having her track objects. I had her on my lap today and moved a raisin around for her to watch. She got to eat it after a while, of course. I also keep the patch on her while she is eating since that involves a lot of depth perception.
There is a toddler kit of vision therapy "games" to work w/ her at home when she gets a little older. It mostly involves her wearing special glasses -- one green lens and one red. I was looking at the games and it's pretty wild what your eyes do w/ those glasses on!
