Star Wars

We let Noah watch a movie with us last night. It was Star Wars, Episode 4, the original. He seemed to really enjoy it, maybe a little too much. When Chewbacca appeared on the scene, he said, "Monkey!". We then had to explain how things in the movie are not real, like Wookies and Jawas and Banthas. I told him that spaceships are real, but not like in the movie. I think that confused him. When the slow music played during the scene when Luke is looking at the two suns of Tattooine, he started to cry. And when the Death Star blew up, he said, "Fireworks!". But his favorite part was at the end when the "airplanes" fight. After the movie, he kept going on and on about the "airplanes", and pretended to fly in one - with Katie.
