Happy pigs, cows, and chickens

This week we made our semi-annual meat run to Polyface Farm near Staunton, VA. We had some fantastic weather for visiting the farm. After we picked up our quarter ground (1/4 of a cow, all as ground beef) and other vittles, we visited w/ the happy animals. And their happy owner, Joel Salatin.
